Adobada/asada mixed burrito was soooooo good. Finally a place that has a good meat:rice ratio. Probably twice as much meat as rice and beans. Salsa verde is delicious too!

Good tacos are not unusual in the Valley... there's so many hole-in-the-wall places that are overlooked because it can come off as sketchy! The one thing I know about this place is that their Al Pastor meat is popular! My bf brought me here first time we met 8 years ago, and this has been the "go-to" spot any time of the day!

Thank goodness this place is no longer cash only, so don't hesitate to come in and grub!

    Here's the breakdown:

    1) PRICE: tacos are roughly $1.25 each! Not at all terrible! For two, we usually order about 8 tacos and it rounds up to about $11.. with tax and all.

    2) MENU/FLAVOR: Everything is cooked to perfection here! But like most Yelpers that have been here will say, Al Pastor is the way! Lol! They have an entire selection of food. Including wet burritos and Menudo on Saturdays!

    3) SERVICE: Don't come here expecting hotel service.. but nonetheless, the gentleman who is always here does it all.. takes the order and does the cooking! So don't get upset over the wait time. You don't even have to pay until you get your food! The trust is real.

    4) PARKING: during the day, its street parking! But at night, there's street and a very small entrance to take up near the trash bins. Dont park there unless the business next to it is closed.

***We checked in and they are no longer honoring the free agua fresca. Maybe not for us, but it won't hurt you to ask anyway!

    Happy eating!

The tacos are just okay. Hard to compete with so many good tacos around. This places stands out in the sense that there isn't that many good taquerias open in the day. They have surtido if you ask since they are off the menu. I would say out of all the tacos I tried the ones that stand out were al pastor and cabeza, they were still 3 stars out of five though.

Those of you who know me and my love for finding the best little hole in the wall or Mom and Pop places out there, I found another one. This place is small and kind of sketchy looking but do not let its appearance fool you. The tacos here are great! Meat and tortilla, of course they have salsas, radishes and a mixture of cilantro with onions. My favorite of the day was the Cueritos durado (crispy) the crunch of the outer layer and the warm center was great.

If you're easily scared off then you won't give this place a chance. They don't even charge you until you're done eating because they know you will order more, I know I did. Ps don't bother googling Cueritos because it roughly means little coat. It's a thinner version of Chicharrón.
